We use DHL for national and international shipping.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We only ship within europe.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Order will be shipped from Monday to Friday
Excluding Holidays in Germany

Germany 2-3 days, Europe 1 week

I HAVE TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS

Once an Order is placed in our system, we can not change the address, we have to wait and see if the parcel returns to our warehouse.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can´t cancel any orders, we have an efficient handling to guarantee a fast shipping to you.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG?

We need your Order-No. (#xxxx), a photo of the deffective item and a description of what is damaged or defect. If you received a wrong item please also send us a photo of the barcode on the bag of the wrong product.
